Delete Your BillKitna Account
If you want to delete your BillKitna account and associated personal/store data, you can submit an account deletion request using this page.

Your account deletion request has been submitted successfully. Our team will process your request and delete your account and associated eligible data.
What happens next?
• Our account security team will verify your registered email and mobile number ownership.
• Upon verification, your profile, store details, and synced cloud database records will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
• If you have any questions, you may contact our support team at support@billkitna.in.
Data Scope & Policy
When processed, the following data associated with your account will be deleted:
- Registered user credentials (email, mobile, name).
- Store profile details, business categories, & store settings.
- Cloud-synchronized inventory stock & product catalog lists.
- Customer credit ledgers (Khata) and transaction history.
Data Retention Notice: In accordance with applicable Indian tax and financial laws, certain transactional accounting records (e.g. tax invoices) may be retained for the mandatory statutory period before final purge.
