1. Acceptance of Terms

BillKitna is an offline billing application developed, owned, and operated by IndSoftWork Technology. By registering, logging into, subscribing to, or utilizing any of the digital interfaces, tools, or websites managed by IndSoftWork Technology ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), including the BillKitna Mobile POS software app for Android devices, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a physical storefront, pharmacy, grocery supermarket, or partnership business entity, you represent that you hold standard legal authority to bind such entity.

2. User Account Eligibility & Security

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside inside the Union of India or possess a valid business registration in your country of operation to activate a BillKitna storefront.

During registration, you agree to supply accurate, current, and verified data (such as business entity name, active WhatsApp phone number, and a secure operational email address). You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account access credentials and OTP codes. You must inform our helpdesk at support@billkitna.in immediately upon detecting any unauthorized breach or access of your account.

3. Description of POS Services & Mobile Permissions

BillKitna offers high-performance billing, offline product inventory stock tracking, digital customer credit ledger bookkeeping (Khata), supplier tracking, and thermal receipt layouts.

  • Offline SQLite Utility: The software is engineered with a local database engine that functions entirely offline without requiring internet access. You understand that your local data remains secure on your physical phone storage.
  • Cloud Backup Service: When secure sync is enabled, data is synced in the background using SSL. It is your responsibility to connect your device to an internet network periodically to facilitate regular cloud storage synchronization.
  • Hardware Permissions: To decode barcode sequences instantly, the application requires local access to your Camera hardware permission. We do not inspect or save images; processing occurs instantly on the local CPU chip.

4. Subscription Plans, Fees & Payment Aggregation

BillKitna provides flexible subscription packages tailored for small-to-medium scale retailers:

  • Premium Monthly Plan: Billed at ₹199 (Indian Rupees) per calendar month.
  • Premium Yearly Plan: Billed at ₹1,499 (Indian Rupees) per calendar year.
  • Free Forever Plan (Offline Mode): Unlimited billing, barcode camera scanning, and local database operations are completely free for lifetime with no credit card required.

All subscription payments are routed through our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway aggregator partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited. You agree to bear all applicable taxes (such as Indian Goods and Services Tax - GST) as displayed during checkout.

5. Limitations of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The POS service is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied guarantees. We do not claim that software operations will remain permanently uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with all custom Bluetooth thermal printers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, the total collective liability of IndSoftWork Technology, our directors, employees, or tech architects, shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to the Company in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the occurrence of the event giving rise to liability.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The logos, text layouts, trademark brand name "BillKitna", visual identity designs, database schemas, and proprietary code bases utilized inside the landing website and mobile POS interfaces represent exclusive intellectual properties owned by IndSoftWork Technology. You are strictly forbidden from copy-pasting, reverse-engineering, modifying, decompiling, or cloning any modules of the application.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactional interactions arising out of your subscription to BillKitna are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes, claims, or grievances arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India or the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, India.
